Lumio: Block Puzzle

by Solvemash

Effective date: 24 June 2026  •  Last updated: 24 June 2026

In short. Lumio is a single‑player puzzle game with no account and no sign‑in. Your scores, settings and progress are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. The single third‑party service we use is Google AdMob, which shows ads to keep the game free and may collect device and advertising identifiers. We do not sell your data, and we serve non‑personalized ads by default unless you choose otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Lumio: Block Puzzle (the “App”, package com.solvemash.mosaiq), provided by Solvemash (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use it. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

The App is developed and published by Solvemash, an independent developer. For any privacy question or request, contact us at solvemash@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the limited processing described in this Policy. Where ads are served, Google acts as an independent controller of the advertising data it collects (see Section 4).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

None. The App has no registration, no login, no user profiles, and no in‑app messaging. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other contact or identity information to play.

2.2 Game data stored on your device

To let you play and pick up where you left off, the App saves the following locally on your device only (using on‑device storage). This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to our servers (we operate none), and is not accessible to us:

Deleting the App removes this on‑device data. You can also clear it from within the App’s settings where available.

2.3 Information collected automatically for advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising, Google and its ad partners may collect and process certain information through the App, including:

This information is collected by Google as an independent service provider/controller for advertising. We do not receive your game scores or device identifiers for our own use, and we never combine ad data with any personal profile (we hold none). The App contains no analytics SDK and no tracking SDK other than the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK described here.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only for these limited purposes:

We do not use your information for profiling unrelated to ads, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not show ads during active gameplay.

4. Advertising & Third‑Party Services

The only third‑party service integrated in the App is Google AdMob (including Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent). Ads help us offer the game at no cost. Google’s handling of data is governed by Google’s own policies:

Personalized vs. non‑personalized ads. By default the App requests non‑personalized ads. Where required by law (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the App shows a Google‑certified consent message the first time you play, and your choice determines whether personalized ads are shown. You can change this choice at any time (see Section 5).

Rewarded ads are optional. Some ads (for example, to revive a game, unlock a cosmetic theme, or get an extra undo) are opt‑in — they play only if you choose to watch them, and they never gate core gameplay.

5. Your Choices & Controls

6. Legal Bases (EEA / UK)

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR/UK‑GDPR:

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR/UK‑GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising for our own benefit.

Because we do not maintain accounts or servers and cannot identify you from the App, the most direct way to exercise deletion of on‑device data is to uninstall the App or clear its data. For advertising data, use the Google controls in Section 5. For any other request, email us at solvemash@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We do not operate servers and therefore do not retain copies of your game data.

9. Data Security

Your game data is stored within the App’s private storage on your device, protected by your device’s operating‑system sandboxing. Network communication for advertising uses industry‑standard encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we keep the App’s data footprint deliberately minimal to reduce risk.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is not part of the Google Play “Designed for Families” program, and ads are served under standard (non‑child‑directed) settings. If you believe a child has provided information through advertising features, please contact us at solvemash@gmail.com and use the device ad controls in Section 5; you may also review Google’s family privacy resources.

11. International Data Transfers

Google may process advertising data on servers located in countries other than your own. Such transfers are governed by Google’s policies and safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable). We ourselves do not transfer your data internationally because we do not collect or store it on servers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in the App or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected here; your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
